At the most distant time in history man lived from hunting, gathering and fishing so he was content only what nature gave him. At present, humans can not rely totally on nature for his needs or for her diet. The necessities of life forced him to force the plant and animal species to live in conditions that do not always meet their requirements, resulting in greater sensitivity to pests.With the increasing population explosion constantly and the rural exodus due to insecurity in rural areas; Agriculture must meet the crucial problem to meet the need for food of humanity, much of which is starving and the other is malnourished; only a small portion is well fed.We must add to that the agricultural problems such as low soil fertility levels, the existence of large areas unsuitable for agriculture, the unavailability of high-yield seeds, competition due to weeds, pests diseases of crops, the climate warming ... which greatly reduce or even cancel agricultural production.

ATUA in this program train the youth in computer technology and women in basket and soap fabrication
ART AND CULTURE
In this project, it supports the women to dress the handbag and different kinds of basket and other African products.
